" At first I didn't rate service or parts because from past experience, customer service disappears after the money and product are exchanged. How wrong I was.....
Ryan in parts is the real deal. If you talk to him you'd better have money in hand because you WILL leave the dealership with new goodies. I recently bought a new tinted windscreen for my RR and he gave me a price I was unable to find anywhere on the net. When it came in, he even took the time to install it for me. Good man...
Andy in service? Stud! All too often, I've made an appointment for other vehicles/motorcycles and had them sit in the barn until they were ready to work on it. Not here. Andy got me in and to my surprise, he called me within four hours to pick it up. It came back clean and unscathed from the mechanics. That has never happened to me before. Andy and the service department at BMW of Utah are first class.
At first I wondered if the Parts and Service Depts. would even come close to the level of service I got from sales. Now, I could only hope BMW as a company can live up to the people and service and BMW of UTAH. BMW of Utah has raised the bar and set the standard. "

" I stumbled across Renn one night after hours as he was leaving the store. Instead of cutting me short because he was off the clock, he talked to me for about 30-40 min about his S1000RR. He told me to come in and take a test ride. I never made it that far. I'm not one to listen to a salesmen's spiel because its usually crap, but it was apparent Renn was genuine and knew what he was talking about. I skipped the test ride and went back the next week to pull the trigger on a new S1000 RR.
My bank was a pain in the neck and insurance was worse. Mike stepped in and made me a deal too good to be true. Jaimie got the ball rolling with some financing and within 30 min I was signing on the dotted line. They also made an excellent insurance referral. Within an hour, the deal was done and I had the best motorcycle I have ever ridden in the last 34 years in my hands. It is insane. Just sick.
I hope the service department is as good as the sales department. Customer service goes a long way and BMW in Sandy is on it."

"My wife bought me a '10 BMW F800GS as a surprise and it was delivered in Vernal on the 25th of this month, a Sunday. I couldn't believe it and it was the best surprise I've ever had. I really enjoyed talking with Mike Uchitel and my wife did also when she coordinated the purchase and delivery of it. This is my first BMW and my wife already wants one for herself next year.
I can honestly tell you that I have done nothing but speak very highly of Mike and the dealership in general to everyone that ask me about my new toy.
No other motorcycle dealership allows people to test drive motorcycles and I can tell you that is a big factor when my wife is ready to purchase hers. I had to write and email to let you know how happy and pleased I am. Thanks for everything."
